Authorization
A payment authorization does not mean an order has been accepted. Orders may remain subject to inventory, address, fraud and professional-account review. If an order is declined or canceled, the timing for release of a pending authorization is controlled by the bank or payment provider.
Taxes and charges
Applicable sales tax, shipping and other charges are shown before the order is submitted. The production tax setup must be validated for the seller nexus and customer destination before launch.
